Terms and Conditions Private

1. You must be of legal age to contact me or partake in my content. All characters must be of legal age
2. All prices are in USD per minute at minimum which includes beta reading, writing, and voicing. Rates varies on complexity of audios. Wetsounds and SFX are additional, priced at 2 - 5 per minute, depending on the level of complexity and immersion.
3. Comission minimum is 5 minutes. One (1) minute = 80 words.🖤

5. If a script is written by me I reserve the right, after changing personal specifics, to use it to create content
6. I reserve all rights to the comissioned work, even if it has been shared or uploaded publicly.
7. Your comissioned work is for personal use only and can NOT be reproduced, uploaded, be used for profit, or be used for any kind of commecial, advertisement, animation, gameplay or any sort of content.
8. All transactions are to be kept confidential and professional by both parties.
9. Identification, doxxing and any other intent outside comissioning (from either parties) is not to be tolerated and is punishable by law.

5. Your comissioned work is used specificly for the intended project and can NOT be used for AI training or other projects without permission.
6. If you would like to reuse audio files previously made you can pay 50% of the original price.
7. You must credit me with my twitter.

How to Order

1. Choose what kind of audio you would like from above options. Remember to check out my hard limits.
2. Contact me on Reddit or Twitter via DM to discuss your comission and what you would like.
3. After your comission has been accepted you can either pay full up front, or half and half, full price must be payed before the comissioned will be delivered. I accept payment through my Kofi, Paypal or Stripe.
4. You will recieve your comission through either a private soundgasm link, through email or through a google drive download link. Time to complete a comission is: Read Only is 3-7 business days. Red and Write is 7 - 21 business days depending on complexity and lenght. Commercial Audio depends highly on lenght, but could be anything between 1 - 7 business days. I will communicate throughly and clearly where I am in the comission creation process on your preferred communication channel and will be transparent throughout the process. And aim to get you the audio sooner than later.
5. You can rush an order, when possibly, for a fee of 30 USD.
